Argentina leaves Tevez off roster

09/22/2011 - Buenos Aires, Argentina (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - Argentina coach Alejandro Sabella left Carlos Tevez off the roster released Thursday for next month's World Cup qualifiers against Chile and Venezuela.

Tevez struggled with Argentina during the Copa America over the summer, and is not part of the squad as 2014 World cup qualifying for Brazil starts.

Argentina plays Chile on Oct. 7 in Buenos Aires, and visits Venezuela on Oct. 11.
